one of my best friends never fail to give me kicks in the butts when i keep saying yes when i should say no.
learning to say no is tough. but it's been one of the most liberating things in my life
learnt somethings new from this guy names David Oliver -
"Saying Yes, means saying no to something/someone else".
Ooh... yes... we all have limited resources.
What a gem to keep in my heart.
