I am so proud of myself.
Went for a short jog/walk around my neighbourhood. 1st time. Ok, ok, cut me some slack would ya? Thought I'd test water and not kill myself. Grin.
The place is awesome - nice green trees, fresh air (almost) and good road tracks. Wah! no wonder so many people jogged. I feel healthy. I reached home at 7! I should do this more.
humbled. Thankful. My bosses gave me the NIKE PLUS SET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The arm band, the sensor and the device that clips to the shoe lace. WAH!!!!!! What a blessing. Aiming to run on wed. =)
Am in this financial planning phase. Feel grown up. Feel I have to get the courage to face up to things. And thinking deeply about purpose.
